Terms of Service

1. The Service

Orjinsoft Gym is a platform (the web portal and the mobile apps, the "Platform") connecting fitness studios with their members: class schedules, bookings, purchase of memberships/packages and account management. The sports service itself is provided by the studio; the Platform facilitates and processes the transactions between you and the studio.

2. Your Account

Using the Platform requires an account created with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Minors may register only with parental/guardian consent.

3. Bookings and Cancellation

Class bookings are subject to the rules set by the studio (capacity, waiting list, cancellation window, late-cancel/no-show consequences). Those rules are shown on the Platform when you book. A studio may cancel a class (e.g. for low attendance); in that case any consumed credit is refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices for memberships, packages and single tickets are set by the studio and shown at purchase. Payments are processed by payment providers (Stripe, iyzico). Recurring memberships renew automatically under the terms shown at purchase; cancellation windows and conditions are shown in the membership details. Refunds are governed by the studio's refund policy and mandatory consumer law.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use and no infringement of the rights of others.
• No unauthorised access to other accounts and no attempts to probe or defeat the Platform's security.
• No unauthorised copying of content and no automated bulk scraping.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform's software, design and content belong to Orjinsoft or its licensors. Studios are responsible for the content they upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Without prejudice to your mandatory statutory rights, Orjinsoft is not liable for the sports services delivered by studios, for class content, or for incidents at their facilities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation; planned maintenance is announced where possible.

8. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the portal or in the app ("My account → Security → Delete account"). Active subscriptions are cancelled upon deletion; refunds for unused periods/credits follow the studio's policy. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the Platform and take effect upon publication. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the current version.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection law. For questions, please use the contact page.
