Questions operators ask before switching

Everything you need to know about migration, payments, apps, contracts and tax — before you move your studio to Orjinsoft Gym.

How long does migration take from MindBody, Glofox or Mariana Tek?

Most studios are live within 3 business day. Our migration team handles member records, attendance history, active memberships and saved cards — you only need to send us your CSV exports. No double-billing during the cutover.

Can I use my own physical POS device?

For all online sales, your transactions are secured via Stripe and processed through our platform. You can still keep using your onsite POS devices in case you want to sell in studio. Default rates are 2.5% + €0.35; depending on your transaction volume (above $20k/mo qualifies for tiered pricing.)

Do members need a separate app, or do they keep using the web?

Both work side by side. Every studio can get white-label iOS & Android app on the Studio plan and up. Members can also book directly from your website with our embed widget — same calendar, same login process.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No long-term contracts on monthly subscriptions. Cancel any time and keep all your data via CSV export. Only yearly subscriptions require 12 months commitment which can be cancelled with a standard 30-day exit notification prior to agreement end date.

How does pricing scale with member count?

Starter caps at 100 active members; Studio is unlimited members on a single location. Multi-location studios move to Scale, billed per location with volume discounts.

What about payments and tax?

We support 38 currencies and handle VAT/sales tax automatically based on the studio's billing address. Tax reports can be extracted directly by your accountant or integrated with their accounting management system.
